happy 70th, john!
we just came home from san diego where we celebrated john greenwald’s 70th birthday! so, if you know him, leave a comment and wish him a happy one. we had a lot of fun. owen spent the weekend in sunny san diego (carlsbad really…) he reinforced his ‘what sound does a pirate make’ trick. he was scaring zaida all weekend when he’d say ‘argh!’ it’s cute as hell.
we’ve (hopefully) got some major changes to the site soon — we’ll keep you posted.
owen is starting to talk a lot more — words like ‘mama’ actually sound like mama. and he says ‘hot’ alot. not like paris, but in reference to temperature. he calls anything, even the remotest bit warm, ‘hot.’ except he leaves the h off of it. so it sound like ‘ot’ (awt!) he was really excited to get home and see phoebe again… was really cute.
not much else to report right now. we’re going to see broken social scene on the 29th — which we’re excited by… but past that, not much else worth updating you all on.
