so, owen is still pretty sick. he’s having a terrible time in the early evening. he’s still carrying a fever of around 103 right now and when he gets pissed about it, he literally runs through all his sign language in an attempt to communicate… crying the whole time of course. it is one of those moments when you realize he is trying to communicate, and in desperation, he is trying every word he knows. we weren’t sure if maybe he was trying to make sign language sentences to explain things or if he is simply desperate. at least he is getting a ton more sleep now…
it’s really, really rough to watch him be confused by being sick. it rips your heart out.
