the best and worst time of the day
the best = nap time
owen will nap around 3 hours and dylan will usually be asleep 1 to 2 hours during that time also.
the worst = bedtime
even though the routine is similar to nap time with the addition of baths it’s an absolute nightmare! no one has any patience left at this point. owen procrastinates getting ready for bed, using every excuse possible and wriggling his way out of being dressed, which pushes into dylan’s bath time/feeding time/bedtime, which leads to two exhausted crying, screaming boys both demanding my attention and to top it off there’s a dog at my heels and a cat climbing my back also crying for attention! CALGON take me away!
so tonight, i’m going out with the girls and trust me there will be more than one glass of wine! good luck john!
