 dylan is determined to walk.  i’m constantly trying to put him down to play and no matter how i try and sit him down he always seems to find a way to plant his feet firmly on the ground, stiffining his body so it’s nearly impossible to make him sit.  i’m literally wrestling the kid [...]

yesterday was john’s birthday and it was a pretty good one.  in short:
the kids made paintings for john. it was dylan’s first time and he loved it.
we baked a cake.  owen decorated it with dinosaur sprinkles.
