we leave to go to the playground and we come back to a clean house. they put everything away, granted it’s not always in the right spot, but i know most house cleaners will just clean around the clutter. today they sweeped and wiped down our front walkway and stepping stones outside!

sweet gwen died last night. she hung in there as long as she could but i knew when i kissed her goodnight last night that it would probably be the last. she died from kidney failure. the doctors did all they could for her but her kidney function was completely gone. gwen was the sweetest [...]
there was a time when i guilty thought that dylan wasn’t the sharpest tool in the shed. he was just all over the place, i kept comparing dylan to owen at this age. going back in the blog and looking up what owen was doing at the same age. i know, i know bad mama! [...]

just some cute pictures of owen at ocean beach, our beach, which is pretty significant because it’s never warm enough to go there. oh and we now think owen is allergic to crab too. after playing with a crab shell and then eating he broke out in a rash all over his face.
