poop!
i thought dylan would never get potty trained. he just wasn’t that interested. he’d go on the potty every now and then, especially when he had an upset stomach, but never with any real consistency and then when we were at my parent’s house he suddenly was interested. fast forward 3 weeks and he’s been pooping in the toilet about 90% of the time and getting better and better about it. he is so proud of himself too, so i think we are on the road to being completely potty trained. yeah! i’m sure i could bribe him with his favorite “chalky” that’s chocolate, but i’ll hold off on that for now.

Kara, you are the ultimate potty trainer. If it wasn’t for you, we wouldn’t have had Tyler trained so early and I’m SO glad we never had to change two sets of diapers. I hope we can get Shay going early too!
even though, i tried to do the same things for dylan as i did for owen, they are completely different. dylan can’t poop on a little potty or seat reducer, he has to sit on the real seat. once i figured that out at my parents house, he’s been better about it.
I would like to request the handbook for Kara’s School of Potty training Please…
it’s never too early to sit them on the toilet. just so they get used to the idea of where they are supposed to go. its like potty training a dog. keep taking them where they are supposed to go, eventually they’ll go there. =)
